Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026. Short version: we sell trading scripts and the historical evidence behind them — not advice, not promises, not execution.
1. What Stragenius is
Stragenius generates trading scripts (for TradingView, MetaTrader, cTrader, Binance or a plain config) from settings you choose, and shows how those rules behaved on historical market data. You run the scripts yourself, on your own platform and account. We never place trades, hold funds or access your exchange account.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on Stragenius is investment, financial or trading advice. Backtests and out-of-sample results describe the past and do not guarantee future results. Trading — especially with leverage — can lose more than you expect, up to your entire margin. You alone decide whether and how to use a script, and you are responsible for the outcome.
3. Your account
You need an account to generate scripts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — creating multiple accounts to collect free sign-up credits is not allowed, and we may close such accounts and remove their credits.
4. Credits and payments
One credit generates one script. Credits are bought in packages through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, whose checkout terms also apply. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is open. If a script fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.
5. Refunds
Because a generated script is delivered immediately, used credits are not refundable. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us from your account email.
6. Using the scripts
You may use generated scripts for your own trading. You may not resell, republish or offer them as a service to others. The scripts are provided "as is": platforms, brokers and market conditions differ, and we can't guarantee a script will behave on your platform exactly as in our backtest.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stragenius is not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages arising from your use of the service or the scripts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
