How Stragenius handles your data. Short version: we keep almost nothing, and we never touch your trading account.
Your exchange API keys never reach us
Stragenius sells scripts, not execution. You run the generated script on your own platform (Binance, TradingView, MetaTrader, or cTrader) with your own account and API keys. Those keys are entered on your platform, never on Stragenius — we have no access to your funds or trades.
What we store
- Your email and display name (to sign you in).
- If you sign up with a password: a one-way hash of it (never the password itself).
- Your credit balance and purchase records.
- The scripts you generate and their settings (so you can re-download them).
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive only your email address, your name and an account identifier from that provider — nothing else (no contacts, files or other account data). We use them solely to create and sign you into your Stragenius account, and we don't share them with anyone.
Payments
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Your card details are entered in Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout and never reach our servers. We receive the order details (package, amount, country) needed to add your credits.
Emails
We only send account emails you need: email confirmation and password reset. No newsletters unless you opt in.
Deleting your data
Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and its data, except purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting.
What we don't do
We don't place trades, hold funds, or connect to your exchange. We don't sell your data. Backtest results shown in the Studio are computed on historical market data and are not financial advice.
